CAMRA Potteries are delighted to announce a very unusual competition.

This is your chance to have hundreds of people drink from your creation at one of the most popular drinking festivals in the UK. The competition is open to anyone and, although there are a few restrictions, the floor is yours to impress.

Yes, that's right. CAMRA Potteries are offering a unique opportunity for one artist to have their design seen by thousands of people, as part of the 31st Stoke Beer & Cider Festival.

Not only will the winning design be featured on all our publicity material and our highly collectible Beer Festival glasses but we are also offering the following package to our First Prize Winner:-

• A one-off 'VIP All Access, All Weekend' pass for two adults to the Festival (travel to Stoke at the winner's own expense)
• A box of the Festival Glasses to share with your family and friends
• A goodie-bag of Stoke Beer Festival merchandise

The competition is open to absolutely anyone, of any age, anywhere in the world and the rules are very simple:-

1. The design must measure no more than 45mm by 60mm – a template can be provided on request.
2. You may use up to FOUR colours in your design.
3. The design must include at least the outline of a bottle-kiln (as featured on the CAMRA Potteries Branch logo).
4. The design must be suitable to be scaled up for use on t-shirts, posters and other publicity items, as well as on our Collectors Item Festival Glasses.
5. Designs may be submitted by e-mail in .jpeg or PDF format. Hard copy designs may also be submitted but these must be suitable to be scanned and converted into digital images.

Deadline for the competition is midnight on TUESDAY JUNE 14th, 2011 – any designs received after this time will not be put forward to the Festival Committee for adjudication.
